What is D-NOW?
Disciple Now is the biggest event of the year for BlueSky Family Life and you won’t want to miss it! Disciple Now, a.k.a. D-NOW, is an annual weekend event for middle and high school students. The weekend is an opportunity to dig deeper in faith, hang out with friends and have fun! Students are split into groups by age and gender and each group has a leader. We recruit university age students from the U.S. and here in Nairobi to help us put on this retreat. There will be times for each group to have intentional Bible study along with big group gatherings to learn from our speaker, Kevin Kung’u. There will also be organized games, activities and community building. It’s a weekend of deep impact and incredible fun! We hope you can join us!
When is D-NOW?
D-NOW activities start on Friday, March 1st at 5pm and end on Sunday, March 3rd at 1pm.
Where is D-NOW?
Brackenhurst Conference Center, Tigoni
How do I get there?
You can drop-off and/or pick-up your child directly at Brackenhurst. We will also be providing transportation from both Rosslyn Academy and West Nairobi School. Your child does not need to attend these schools in order to take advantage of this. We have partnerships with these schools and they are great launching points from Gigiri and Karen. The buses will leave at 4pm on Friday. They will return at around 2pm on Sunday.
