Our professional Facilitators are experienced in managing and mitigating risks through training, certifications, and years of experience in the outdoors.

Eric Cone has led BlueSky Kenya since 2020, thriving in a diverse, adventure-driven environment that fosters growth and connection. With a background in business and a master’s in organizational leadership, he combines expertise in outdoor adventure guiding and leadership development with certifications in assessments like DiSC and CliftonStrengths. Driven by his faith and passion for people, Eric brings vision, positivity, and a deep commitment to impact. Outside work, he enjoys mountaineering, mountain biking, and a variety of sports.
