Eric Cone has led BlueSky Kenya since 2020, thriving in a diverse, adventure-driven environment that fosters growth and connection. With a background in business and a master’s in organizational leadership, he combines expertise in outdoor adventure guiding and leadership development with certifications in assessments like DiSC and CliftonStrengths. Driven by his faith and passion for people, Eric brings vision, positivity, and a deep commitment to impact. Outside work, he enjoys mountaineering, mountain biking, and a variety of sports.

As BlueSky’s Team Development Manager, Billy brings a deep pastoral calling to his role, guiding individuals and teams toward collaborative growth and harmony. Certified in Everything DiSC and Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Billy is equipped to unlock team potential by fostering trust, communication, and synergy.
Billy’s expertise as a Navigators Cross-Cultural Trainer enables him to skillfully bridge cultural divides, creating understanding across diverse backgrounds. Additionally, as a Naya Jeevan (Campus Crusade) Associate Trainer, he empowers individuals to live with purpose and authenticity.
With these skills, Billy is dedicated to leading transformative journeys where teams thrive, individuals grow, and communities unite toward shared goals. Together with Billy, teams can embrace a path of growth, empowerment, and collective success under the boundless spirit of BlueSky.
