Camp Activities Coordinator

The camp  program aides serve alongside Camp BlueSky’s Activities Coordinator to help plan and execute each day of camp. This behind-the-scenes role ensures that daily program operations run smoothly and effectively.

Each program aide will have a specific area of focus in the activity coordination at camp , while also contributing to the overall culture and experience of camp through Gospel-centered leadership.

Our campers are multinational students living in Nairobi, Kenya, and across East Africa. Nairobi’s diversity shaped by the presence of the United Nations, numerous embassies, and international schools—creates a unique opportunity for ministry. Many of our campers are children of diplomats, military personnel, business and government leaders, and missionaries. They represent the next generation of global influencers who need to encounter Christ and grow deeper in their faith.

As a program aide, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in a multicultural ministry environment, learning and growing alongside a seasonal team of international peers under the guidance and mentorship of the Assistant Director of Programs.
