Camp BlueSky Program Aide

Length of Service: 10 weeks, May 20, 2023 - July 26, 2023

The Program Aide’s primary role will be to work alongside Camp BlueSky’s Assistant Director of Programs to plan and execute each day of camp. A Program Aide will work behind the scenes to ensure that the day to day program operations of camp run smoothly. Each Program Aide will have their own primary responsibility, which can include, but is not limited to specific programs, operations, media, and administrative planning and tasks. While focusing on each individual role, a Program Aide will contribute to the overall culture and experience of camp with Gospel-centered leadership.

Our campers are multinational and Kenyan students living in Nairobi, Kenya and around East Africa. Nairobi is an extremely diverse and growing city and our campers are likely to become the national and world leaders of the future. There is a great need for them to know Christ, deepen their faith, and grow in character! A Program Aide will engage in and learn about ministry in a multicultural context while being part of a seasonal team of international peers under the guidance and mentorship of the Assistant Director of Programs.
